These terms govern access to and use of the softinhealth.com website and the medical software and artificial intelligence services offered by Soft[in]Health. By using our services, you accept the following conditions.

1. Acceptance

Accessing the website and contracting the services implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Soft[in]Health provides medical software, clinical system integration (HL7, FHIR, DICOM), digitization consulting and artificial intelligence solutions applied to medical imaging. The specific features of each service are defined in the corresponding commercial contract.

3. Permitted use

The website and services are intended for healthcare institutions, healthcare professionals and authorized users. Any use for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, reverse engineering or attempts to compromise the security of the infrastructure is prohibited.

4. Accounts and credentials

Institutions are responsible for managing the credentials of their authorized users and for maintaining their confidentiality. Any misuse of credentials is the responsibility of the institution.

5. Intellectual property

The code, AI models, designs, texts and other contents of the website and services are the property of Soft[in]Health or its licensors. No license is granted except that necessary for the contractual use of the services.

6. Data and confidentiality

The parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the clinical and commercial information exchanged. The processing of personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the data processor agreements signed with each institution.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability standards, but access to the website and services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee an uninterrupted, error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soft[in]Health shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or lost profits damages arising from the use of the services. Liability is governed by the contractual terms signed with each institution and by the regulations applicable to medical software.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services in the event of breach of these terms or the commercial contract. Termination does not release the parties from complying with obligations accrued up to that date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the Argentine Republic, unless otherwise agreed in the commercial contract.
